All orders are shipped via usps however you can designate another carrier if you desire. overnight and any alternative delivery is available upon request. all orders contain shipping charges including back orders. shipping charges do not appear on orders placed online; however will reflect on your invoice. on site in-stock items will be shipped within 24 hours or next business day upon placing order (except during maior holidays).
BACK ORDER:
All back orde are automatically shipped unless prior arrangements have been made when placing an order. special and out of stock items orders will take 7-8 weeks to complete. if you have any questions, please contact us via phone or email.
INSURING GOODS:
Buyers are responsible for freight charges and are encouraged to insure all orders. during checkout, buyers will have the option to insure shipping goods. the shipping insurance fee is a flat rate of 2.5% per ordering session. (please note: the cost of iewelry is
very expensive. asia house will not be liable or responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen goods, should a buyer choose not to insure goods at checkout)
A confirmation email is sent immediately upon purchase of an order.
Exchange & Return
RETURN POLICY:
All merchandise must be counted and carefully inspected upon receipt. We are not responsible for any goods altered from original delivered form. All claims or demands for defective merchandise must be made in writing via email/fax to our Returns Department at info@kaycloset.com within 7 days of receipt.
All returns require an RA # (Return Authorization #) from our Returns Department for your claim to be processed. Absolutely no returns will be accepted without an RA #. All credits will be applied as store credit. Credit Card refunds cannot be issued.
The buyer must pay all costs related to return shipping charges. It is your responsibility to ensure the secure packaging of returned merchandise to prevent any damage during the shipping process. We will not be liable for any costs associated with the damage or loss of any returned merchandise during transit. Prepaid return shipping will only be provided for defective merchandise.
There is a 15% restocking fee for any items returned without an RA #, returned past the grace period, or returned without its original packaging.
If cancellations and/or changes to the order are necessary, it must be made by written request to info@kaycloset.com within 48 hours of ordered date.
